Your original photos must be able to lay flat and fit on a 8.5 x 14 scanner bed. We are considering larger scanners if there is enough work demand. We can scan film negatives, slides and transparencies, and any article or printed material than can be placed on the scanner. A photographic process can be used on larger items when required.
T.E.Datum Publishing will assume all material presented to us is the property of the presenter. If it is not your privately owned photograph, we need a release from the owner to make the copy. T.E.Datum will not pursue the release for you.
T.E.Datum will need a clear understanding of what type of finished product you desire. Since time is money we will not proceed or create any product you do not want. We are not like some (church) photo directory processors who try to upgrade your package for additional cost.
Your payment must clear before delivery. Once you receive the deliverables, there is not much T.E.Datum can do to insure payment. We own the digital information until its production cost has been paid. Most originals probably don't have a resale market value!
We can create a pay as you go for large projects such as dozens of albums. T.E.Datum is also set up with PayPal to accept credit cards (via email only).
